Not at all! Our group classes are scalable for all fitness levels, meaning every workout is adjusted based on your experience and ability. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, our expert coaches will guide you through movements safely and effectively.
Your Free Intro is a no-pressure consultation where we discuss your goals, introduce you to our programs, and walk you through what to expect at CrossFit Hush. If you decide to join, we’ll tailor a plan for your fitness journey—whether it’s group classes, personal training, or sports performance.
Yes! We host several competitions throughout the year, including “Fittest on Turf”—our major summer event sponsored by Jack Link’s. We also run Festivus Games, GGRX, and other local competitions. These events are open to all fitness levels and are a great way to challenge yourself and connect with the community.
Our Foundations Program is a 5-session onboarding process designed to teach new members the fundamentals of CrossFit. It ensures that you’re comfortable with movements, understand proper technique, and feel confident before jumping into group classes. It’s required for all new members, regardless of fitness level.
While we don’t officially offer open gym, members who have been with us for a while can stay after class for accessory work. Additionally, on Sundays, part of our facility is open for independent training. Speak to a coach if you’d like to explore training options outside of scheduled sessions.
Yes! Our nutrition coaching in Austin, MN helps members develop sustainable eating habits, track macros, and optimize performance. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or improve energy levels, our expert nutrition coach will provide personalized meal plans, accountability, and body composition tracking.
We are located just outside Austin, Minnesota, on Old 218, near Ker Brothers Roofing, Ferrell Gas, and Hardy Mechanic. We offer free on-site parking and a private training environment, making it easy for members to access the gym.
Yes! Our sports training in Austin helps athletes of all ages build strength, speed, and agility for their specific sport. We train individual athletes and entire teams from sports like basketball, hockey, dance, and track, offering structured strength and conditioning programs to enhance performance and injury prevention.
We have an on-site physical therapist who provides cupping, dry needling, and recovery services to help athletes stay strong, prevent injuries, and recover faster. These services are available to both gym members and non-members, helping optimize movement and performance.
